There was interesting ground to break without relying on the past if certain moments didn’t show it. I didn’t hate this film but it’s hard to justify its existence. "

"As a Matrix fan, I was a bit nervous about reboot. Reboots are generally messy and fail to deliver but boy this is awesome 🙌. The plot, the way to get things back rolling, character building etc etc. just AWESOME! 5 ⭐️s "

"Felt more like just a walk down memory lane to cater to people's nostalgia rather than someone actually coming up with a brilliant idea to justify making a 4th movie. But the story itself was passable and actually not that bad. The new characters were ok. I think the final act could have been extended a little more."
