I just finished Martha Wells's Emilie and the Sky World, and Emilie and her brother jokingly called the main antagonist a Ghost Pirate only it ended up being kind of true and now I am very interested to see if there are any other books the descriptor can be applied to. Ghosts and Pirates are two of mu favorite things!
