"god i love this book series. doesn’t disappoint me!! (‘accurate’ historic wise or not, it’s still entertaining.)
-
of course, it isn’t a dan brown book without the 1-2 day plot, ‘scandalous’ women, cliffhangers, and the silly little twists (plus the mentioning of harrison ford at least ONCE.), of course, this book has all the above, what would it be without it?
anywho, this book felt a bit slow? but like in a good way; inferno had a lot of puzzle pieces which made my brain all jangled up, so reading it just makes sense. (plus, langdon always got harvard flashbacks, so i liked it when you realized the answer to something like a puzzle would also the same time langdon does too)
it felt very different as i read this in 2023, and the fact that this could very likely happen 💀 (maybe just in a different form) doesn’t make it even better
go read it, not the movie. "

"They took major liberties with the movie, changed the whole context. Read the book instead."

"Inferno is the book that got me into reading again! I found my love for books through this story. I think it’s so well written and the ending is amazing. It really has you hooked by the first page and everything in between. I loved how everything was described from the statues to the paintings. I loved it 5/5"
