"This book was so charming, definitely a must read. It really shows how difficult starting a new life can be after coming out as transgender. Unfortunately, there is always somebody who will judge a person for being that way. But being trans is something to be proud of, and this book really shows you that. A lot of people write it off as a phase, but if that’s how you feel most comfortable in your skin, then people should learn to accept you for who you truly are. "
"I absolutely love this book. (And hate it. But only because it's so true and so sad.) Everyone out there deserves to be validated and treated as whatever they identity as, and this book really grasps onto the struggles of trying to do that. Trying to pass, to have people see you the way you want to be seen. I highly recommend this book. The tropes are odd but definitely intriguing and I was always itching to flip the page to see what happened next. 9/10 (it would be a 10/10 but there's one unresolved thing that irritates me) "
