"Chilling right until the very end. At first, I wasn’t too sure about this book at all. It was so difficult to predict, and that’s what made it so terrifying—not knowing what comes next. This is definitely for fans of Natasha Preston. The twists in this book are spectacular and completely unexpected. It was so engaging to read and really hard to put down. This book makes you question who you can trust. Who are really your friends? Be careful what you wish for, you may find yourself even worse off."
"LOVEDDD this book. Couldn't put it down. I'm a huge horror fan so i loved that it took place on Halloween night and had a slasher like theme to it. The plot was great, with so many twists and turns that kept me on the edge of my seat while I was reading. One murder mystery that really had me guessing the whole time who exactly could be the killer. The ending was mind blowing, something I was NOT expecting, but in a good way. Author did a phenomenal job with this story and I have already recommended to a few friends to read "
"It felt like I was reading a 90s slasher horror film, which I guess was the point. It felt pretty tropey, but not in a bad way. The major reveal I saw about 1/3 of the way through, but I was wrong on the "why" portion. I personally did not like the ending, but it was true to the themes of the book. 7/10."
