"Based on a video game I’ve never heard of, this six episode fantasy saga is set in some purgatory world where dinosaurs roam and the populace could be from any era in history. It’s kind of schizophrenic and gets a little preachy at times considering the amount of bloody violence. But the animation is absolutely fantastic, the action is great and the terrific season finale makes me excited for the seven episode part two that is currently TBD. "
