With the help of Peggy Scott, an African-American woman masquerading as her maid, Marian gets caught up in the dazzling lives of her rich neighbors as she struggles to decide between adhering to the rules or forging her own path.

"Originally meant to be a prequel to Downton Abbey but that was scrapped for whatever reasons. I just know I love it so far! I've always been a fan of the whole "upstairs downstairs" kind of show. Not sure how much of the servants lives we'll get to follow but it does hint toward it being at least a little bit. Plus, it comes from Julian Fellowes so if course it's great! "
